| Hi. I am at the moment still studying. At the same time I am working and my income is very reasonable. That and the money I inherited from my grandmother make me think it might well be possible for me to buy a house. I am fed up with paying fortunes on my accomodation. The mortgage I might pay would not come to more... and the house would be MINE! Any suggestions? |

| That is an unusual step for a student to take. But I must say that it sounds logical. Do have enough money to cover the deposit of 10 per cent of the total value? Do you have a stable income which is reasonably OK? What do you have to lose? Go and talk to a couple of banks and see what they have to say about it. It doesn't sound so bad at all, I have to say. Good thinking Batman! And all the best. |
