A possible copyright problem

| If I would like to use a logo for my small business that does look like a lot like one major brand, do you think that I will be having some kind of a problem, maybe some kind of a copyright problem of some sort? I am still not using this, but I would like to use it soon. |

| If it looks a lot like that famous brand then you should not trying to use it at all. First of all I am sure that brand lawyers are just waiting for somebody like you to get busy and second you need to build a reputation of your own and you will not be able to do this if you don’t come up with something that is original and something that is only yours and nobody else’s. So these are two major reasons why I think that you should not do this and copyright problem is a smaller problem out of these two. I hope that you will listen to me and not do the other way around. |
