Hi, I was reading about ABI. I understand how we can calculate this index, but there are many things that confuse me a lot. That is why I am making this inquiry. Can you tell me more about Absolute breadth Index and its relation with market activity? I would be very grateful if you share your knowledge about this with me.

I do not know much about this matter but I would like to share with you all I know. I do not know anything about calculating this index, but luckily you are already familiar to this process. This index is being used in determining volatility level in the market. When this number is small that means that volatility is decreasing.
