Advantage of the seller from Adhesion contract

| I am about to sell my property. I was thinking about asking my lawyer to make me an adhesion contract. Actually it was my wife’s idea. I am not familiar with this legal term. Do you think there is advantage of the seller from Adhesion contract? Would it be a smart move for me to create this type of contract? |

| If you create the adhesion contract you will disable your potential buyer to negotiate about the terms. Basically he only has two choices, to accept it or to refuse the contract. So, if this is what you want then you can have this contract. To me this contract is not fair at all. And I have to say that it does not have to mean that you will be in a better position. |
