| Hi. I am hoping you are willing to share your opinions about advertising cons. Who promises stuff that is not true? Who is making the truth sound nicer than it is? My opinion of the worst advertising con is companies offering you to take the goods now but pay later. This creates the illusion that something is cheaper than it is, which is not true. In fact the opposite is true in most cases, the customer has to pay interest too. |

| Hi to you too. You are right about "take home now; pay next year" being a bit of a con, but the customer knows this too. All advertising is lying to the general public in a way though. It is all about making the customer think they cannot live without a product that in fact they don't need at all. |
