| I am thinking about redecorating of my house. I saw an interesting show on television and that gave me a couple of great idea for my plan of decorating my house. The only problem is the lack of money. That is why I was thinking about applying for a secured loan. Can you give me an advice on paying a secured loan? Feel free to write down anything you think about this. |

| Hello, I think that secured loan is the same thing as a mortgage. Perhaps not the exactly the same, but there is similarity between them. I presume this is your first time that you apply for these kinds of things. If this is a case I must say that the best thing you can do is to hire a mortgage broker. It would be a bad idea to bring this type of decisions without consulting with an expert. |

There's a big difference between a secured loan and a mortgage, on a mortgage the house you're buying is the collateral, a loan you can secure on anything; your house, car, belonging etc..
