| I have recently wanted to sell a house. However, since I have been renovating, and there were some works in a garden, so there is now a lot of rubbish lying around. I would like some advice on it. What should I do exactly, and does it significantly lower the price? Thanks in advance for any help. |

| Cleaning out rubbish from a property can really be too difficult for one person to do. Of course, when it comes to selling, the appearance has a big role in buyers` decisions, so it would be best if things like that are not lying around the place they want to purchase. However, as I have said, it is difficult sometimes to do it on your own, but there are companies that can clean it for you. My suggestion is that you go to http://www.1800gotjunk.com/us_en/homepage.aspx and see if you are satisfied with their price and range of services. |
