Hello! I owe a restaurant and am considering the possibility of selling it and that is why I need some advice on selling a business. I actually thought I won’t be having a problem with this especially in making my restaurants value but it turned out to be a tough situation. Anyway I would like selling it at the highest price possible and would appreciate any advice how am I suppose to deal with this selling a business issue?

Why don’t you find a good professional business broker? –That is how I sold my small business and he managed to sell it for me for the highest price and besides business broker would find a potential buyer more easily –he is actually something like a real estate agent knowing all the rules out there from each aspect including the law ones he would also help you in determining the real worth of your restaurant. And if you are interested in selling your business using business broker service than keep in mind that its usual commission is about 10-15% and not more of your business sale price.
