| I am managing an area within a large non profit organisation. Before I got this job, I had a totally different role within the same organisation and as such I have no experience. I already received some complaints that I am not doing my job well. Do you think I am a bad manager? |

| Perhaps you are - not every body is cut out to carry out such leading roles! You should probably go to your manager asking for feedback or perhaps extra support. If you are finding the job difficult, and feel you are struggling, do not continue to struggle on your own, but get help! |
