Oh, I agree with you and I hope you’ll find a lender who’ll give you the mortgage and what’s more important, the one with the most favorable conditions. You are old but not too much for this. Still, you’ll probably have to insure your mortgage and then I don’t think that you’ll have problems with any bank to give you the mortgage you need. I hope that you have someone to help you going trough the whole procedure since it’s not naïve at all and might demand a lot of stress, time and energy. I’m wishing you good luck and also peaceful and happy times in the cottage by the sea.
