I would like us to make a small overview of trading methods here, I think that lot of people can find it more than useful and I believe that all of us can benefit from this. So, tell me all that you find interesting about trading methods, here, how would you define them and what is the main purpose of every trading method, give a brief description of what ever you find interesting to mention.

I’ve found a small website once, there was this guy describing the most effective trading methods advising people which one is for them, he even answered a few questions, but since it was not really popular it was pretty much out of date. Why - I don’t know. I only know that I read some really interesting things and recommendations there.

Elliot wave seems to be much appreciated one, but there is a hundred and more of trading methods and if we’d describe each and one of them it would cost us too much time and money, frankly, I don’t have that much time to read, not to mention writing and some kind of personal contribution. But if this idea turns to be a success, I will continue to follow the discussion, certainly.

Most probably you’ve only heard about the Elliot wave, which is not a bad one, I just think that there are much more efficient methods than this one. I can hardly wait to see what people will write. I don’t know a lot about trading methods, for I don’t really do anything concrete now, I am only reading some things about trading recently for it might help improve my business’s performance.
