| I received a letter from my bank this morning being charged for more than 50 pounds for I am actually being unfairly charged for over drawing 20 pounds last month. To tell the truth I am really annoyed with these bank charges for this is not the first one. It also happened once few months ago that I was unfairly charged for the same reason in fact-my cheque was not deposited on time and that is the main reason I am being charged this time also. Anyway I am curious what can I do to fix this problem and what to do in these kinds of situation for I am really being annoyed with bank charges? Thanks! |

| Well it is not that rare being charged this way and practically all you can do is to send them a compliant letter. I have an account at Barclays and they seem to be very regular with those unfairly charges but whenever I sent them a compliant letter I am being refunded. It is really annoying but that is how I fix these problems whenever it comes to this sort of charges. |
