Today is the big presentation for a project I've been working on for 6 weeks now.

The project is a class project in which 5 lab sections have to work towards one unified goal. Each section reports to a project manager and the project manager reports directly to the professor. I took on the project manager role as a learning tool and to meet company personnel. This project has robbed me of time to sleep, do other homework, or run.

Hopefully it will all be worth it when I get to meet the various directors and Vice Presidents that will be coming in to view our project. This includes directors from Whirlpool and directors and VPs from ATA.

Thanks for the good lucks and sorry about the delay in the report. After I got done with the presentations at 5:30 last night, I had a meeting with the professor, then my first meal since breakfast, and then a meeting for another project until 10. When I got into my room, I basically hit the bed.

The presentations went VERY well. We had a little network problem in the morning, but it was quickly resolved by my team mates. We impressed the representatives from Whirlpool. Smile

The assistant department head and several teachers were impressed with our professionalism and the cleanliness of the lab.

I now get to send thank you letters to the companies that visited as well as determine bonus points for each of my class (team) mates.

My other project comes to an end today. After today, I should be on easy street. Finals week should be a breaze compared to the last few weeks.
