Any programs for first time home buyers

| Hi. My recent husband and I are hoping to buy our first home together very soon. Some of my friends have said that there are some programs out there for first time home buyers. We are living in Georgia. Can anyone give us some idea of what we could get access to? Thanks so much. God bless. |

| Yes, they do have a first time buyers' program over in Georgia. The best thing you can do is to contact the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and see whether you qualify. They change their conditions from time to time. Besides, there are also some federal programs. Good luck and lots of happiness together. |
