| We are planning on buying a home during the course of the year. The choice for a home loan is a very important one of course, and that is precisely why it has to be done right! Do you have any suggestions for a specific kind of home loan perhaps? |

| That depends on your circumstances, which I don't know anything about. I suggest that you go and make an appointment with an excellent mortgage broker. They are able to source the best home loans for you, and can negotiate the conditions. I wish you good luck with buying a home! |
