Any useful book about Equity financing?

| I have started a business and I expect to get a pretty good profit from it. I will be mostly in trading and I seek to assure the best possible position. I would like to know if there is any useful book about equity financing, as I was considering that form of increasing capital. If anyone could help me regarding that matter, it would be great. It really means a lot. |

| Private equity is something that can be contrasted with a company that is going on a market, that is going public. Private equity are actually funds that are available for any investors in that scenario. The purpose is to make various investments which can be done on that basis, like developing various projects, increasing capital of a company, acquire various things relevant to the business, etc. Equity financing is actually the case when you are selling stocks of your company to various investors, and there are good books regarding that activity. I suggest you start with ''Public Companies and Equity Finance''. You can find it on Amazon, along with some other pretty good books. Hope this helps. |
