I have started a business and I expect to get a pretty good profit from it. I will be mostly in trading and I seek to assure the best possible position. I would like to know some expert for company law, just to be safe in all segments. If anyone could tell me some more info, that would be great.

| There are various types of companies that can help you. The main ones are sole trader, limited liability, various partnerships. However, some of the less common ones are charter companies, unlimited companies, letters patent companies or statutory companies. Whichever type of company you wish to develop, you will need someone who knows the law well. There are many experts, and you can find some of them over the internet. I suggest you start looking at http://www.c-law.org. Best of luck. |
