| Dear everyone. I have a question for you all. Or to be more accurate, I am looking for any holders of a legal mortgage here. I have only recently heard of the existence of this form of mortgage, and would like to get more information on what this in fact means. If you have some time to spare, please let me know! |

| Which a legal mortgage, the assets that are underlying to the mortgage are in fact subject to security for the obligations, from the side of the issuer. However, equity of redemption is offered. This means that a right to re-convey the assets in question when the obligations are fulfilled exist. |
