Hi there all of you, Id like to know if theres someone who had to deal with debt collection agencies. I was in an unauthorized overdraft and I was charged a significant amount of money which I of course didnt have. Now theyre transferring my debt to collection agency. Im scared a bit because I never had to deal with them.

| You dont have to be scared that much. They wont bite you. They will only enlarge the amount you were about to pay to your bank for a certain and not big amount of money. I was in a similar situation. I had an account in a bank which charged me for every pound of unauthorized overdraft. Once I had only 0.67 of overdraft and this not respecting the rules of the company costed me 30. And my debt for a short period of time rose to 350. When my bank moved that debt to a debt collector agency, the total amount rose to 370. So, it doesnt have to be a big deal, you only have more time to prepare the money for paying off the debt. |
