| I am holding a big Company since 1988. When the company was established my children were very small and were not the part of it. By the time my children got involved in the business more and more. Their help was very useful, especially in decision making. My experience and their spirits gave us good results. Many times I recognize that they have better ideas than me, although it’s hard to admit. I am thinking of appointing children as company directors. Do you have some similar cases? What is the experience? |

| You have been watching your children grow up. Probably you can remember what subject they excelled in and what their strengths are. If you want to appoint children as company directors, they have to be prepared for that. I have to emphasize this that the most talented people, as your children are in a role of employee, have to receive formal leadership and skill assessment. And as I understood, they are already qualified and prepared for that mission. |
