Are multi level marketing companies legal?

| Hello, guys. My friend started working for a company several months ago. The company deals with multi level marketing. I don’t like all that and I am little suspicious. I would like to know whether this is legal or not. What do you know about this? I will appreciate this. Thanks in advance. |

| Hello. I must admit that multilevel marketing is legal. You have a group of ten people which you need to convince to buy a product. And after that, those 10 people need to convince other ten to buy products. You also have to convince them that they do need a certain product. That is all legal. But pyramid scams are not. But that is another topic. I just advise you to be careful if you plan on going in that business. I hope I made some things clearer. Bye! |

Hi Currie,
Don't worry multilevel marketing is legal and its based on pyamid scheme. In this business you have to convince some people(number of people depends on the company you are associated with) to buy a product and those people will convince other people. This way a line will maintain and the person will get the benefit of each deal that is done in his or her line. |
