Are municipal property taxes based on the fair market value?

| Over several really good reasons I am pretty upset right now and I need someone to answer me quickly this question. Are municipal property taxes based on the fair market value? There are things that I simply have no way to check but to rely in these kinds of information. Still, I guess it is good enough, when a man has no choice. |

| I know what is it like to ask for an answer to something that you don’t know much about; municipal property taxes are an area that is unfamiliar to me, too. But I certainly hope that there is a person available right now to tell you what you need to know. Just don’t worry and relax if possible. If not, well, suffer just the necessary. |
