All my friends told me that eBay is one of the best net markets you can make your shopping without worry that they will steal your money and not send you product you bought. Theyve been shopping at eBay for more than three years and none of them had bad experience with their purchased product, everything has been delivered on time and mistakes occurred (like to be sent to a wrong address) so they said they are more than pleased with service. Ive been thinking about making few changes in my life and start bidding on eBay would be one of them, but Im not sure if I can do that, if I can follow all the movements and bids that other potential buyers are ready to offer. From this place where I stand now (at the beginning) it all looks too complicated, and confusing, I have a feeling Ill loose my self between first and second auction. Are there any e Bay ethics? Does eBay have any rule for how and when you can join and start bidding, how important and severe things can become between trader and customer? Is there anyone you can talk to if there is some mistake in shipping, if package doesnt arrive to your address?

Its quite understanding that you are not very secure about purchasing on eBay, it hasnt been fun for anyone who started, at the beginning, but soon after they relax and affiliate with program and system how all this things function they just cant live without it, it becomes a hobby and way to relax and for some of them another way to earn extra money. If you are new to eBay, you will have to know that there are ethics on eBay, therefore you will have to e-mail eBay before you start any bidding, that way you will be protecting yourself from your bid being cancelled and you being blocked from further bidding. This system has been set up that way for the reason of non-paying bidders. If you have a multiple order youll have to contact eBay 24 hours prior to shipping, it can be delayed and you will be rated as a non-paying bidder. To protect all the innocent and trustworthy bidders, eBay has to follow NPB, FVC and negative feedback policies, protecting others eBay has to report any fraudulent activity and to Safe Harbor, the national fraud information centre, internet complaint crime centre, the fraud department at the USPS and state attorneys office in your region. Returns are not accepted if buyer changes his mind or if clothes dont fit, all accurate measurements usually are in the description, so mistakes cannot happen. If item doesnt fit it can be returned, but it will be charged with 20 fee from the price, for a restocking to cover eBay costs. Bidding on eBay is fun, interesting and it can save you a lot of money, you can do shopping without need to go out, delivery is just in front of your door.
