Hello, I have questions that I really need you help solving. Recently I was interest in buying a new house. I saw an excellent offer and I was positive that I will buy it. At the last moment my wife persuades me to change my opinion. That is why I would like to know are there any legal implications if I withdraw from sale.

I really do not see why there would be any legal implication if you withdraw from sale. You wanted to buy the house, but then you decide not do it. The decision is really up to you. No one can force you to buy it only because you show interest for it. But if you are unsure talk to your lawyer. This way you will know for sure what can happened.
