At how much risk am I by having unsecured debts?

| I have quite a few unsecured debts, and I am getting a bit worried about the situation I am in at the moment. I know that my house can't get repossessed because of these debts, but there must be still some serious consequences, if one defaults on such unsecured debts. What do you think? |

| Who says that you can't get your property repossessed as a result of not paying off unsecured debts? Sure, it is a much more complicated process, but it can, and indeed does, happen. The lender can sue you and then the court has to decide what will happen next. Your house getting repossessed is among the options. So don't wait, act now! |
