Avoiding credit card payments?

How to avoid credit card payments? Their late fees out of proportion? I know you can pay by phone.
If this not work it can be done by express mail. But I wish to know how to avoid it in a sense of postponing.
Is there some service that would justify even that?

Pay on time. Include each case that would happen there are just a few of them and write them dawn, work them
through, test the post office and bank swiftness. Try with the smallest amount that
couldn’t become minus until you got it. And better than this
ask the one who have tried and check them. There is skip a payment service I think
this is the answer to your question, if your reputation is well enough.
There is a minimum you can pay immediately.
