Avoiding negative working capital situation

| My company has found itself in some trouble recently and we need to work hard at avoiding a negative working capital situation. The balance sheet is due soon, and if there is a negative balance situation at that time that the future of the company is bleak, I thin! Do you have any tips please? |

| You need to go and have a chat with a good accountant or independent financial advisor, quick! You need to see whether there is any way of reducing your short term liabilities and turning the situation around. There must be more you can do than you think, and this is why you need outside help. |
