Bad situation with an estate agents!

| Hi! We want to buy a property in the not too distant future! But with all those horror stories you hear about estate agents I have got a bit scared of engaging any... Every week you read at least one story in the tabloids about a bad situation with an estate agents! Some are sleazy, thieving, cunning... others simply go about achieving their goals while forgetting about a little detail which is called "law"! What are your thoughts? |

| Hi there joker! I know what you mean about those tabloid stories. And you are quite right about estate agents being especially renowned for using all kinds of unethical methods. It is not coincidence that I have no estate agents among my friends. But if they break the law, they can't get away with it! They know this too, and only a very small percentage of them ends up in the tabloids! Personally I just sold my house. Although I didn't like the estate agent he did a good job! |
