| Help me please. I have a serious problem with my bank. It is one of the major high street banks here in the UK. I don't really dare to name it here. Anyway, I tried to close the account I have with them several times. First I went to ther branch and they told me to finish it in writing. But the people at head office seem to be completely thick and they have changed all kinds of things on the account but it is still there. I didn't know that things could be such a struggle. What now? |

| I have never heard of such a thing! If they are consistantly ignoring your appeals then perhaps it is time to get in touch with a government body regulating this kind of things. Compain to them and get them to get in touch with your bank. That would be the best thing to do I think. I wish you good luck. |
