| I have just received an email showing me that my bank to bank transfer was suspended. The subject was: incomplete transfer request process. I must admit I am confused and distressed and I don’t know why it happened and what steps to take to fix it. If someone knows any on this topic, please tell me! |

| Your email shows that that suspension occurred due to insufficient fund and there is a possibility that you tried to make the transfer from the wrong checking account. So if you ever experience any problem with bank to bank transfer it is likely to have your transfer suspended, sometimes, even without a notice and it is said in User Agreement and that is how the bank is protecting its funds. |
