Bank won't cancel my standing order

| Hello, I have some unanswered question about standing order. I want to cancel it but my bank will not cancel it. I do not know why this happened. Have they forgotten about my request or there is something else? Did someone experienced the same situation? I would appreciate every comment. Thank you. |

| Well, I have to admit that I do not have any assumptions why it happened to you. However, I am familiar with the fact that many consumers experienced the same problems like you. Perhaps the letter was lost in mail and never reached them. Maybe you should consider internet banking as one option. This way you would cancel your order immediately. The best solution is to talk to them and demand an explanation. |
