Being sued for a credit card debt! What are my options?

| I never had any problems with my credit cards because I made my payments always on time. Last couple of moths things get out control and I spend a lot of money buying all kinds of stuff. Now I am being sued for a credit card debt. Can you tell me what are my options? |

| Well, I have to say that you do not have a lot of options here. First you have to hire an attorney that will represent you in the court of law. You will have to pay the debt you have made., otherwise you are going to prison. You have to be very careful in dealing with credit cards. |
