I have heard that ING Direct has great rates. Why don't you have a look at their website and see what they have to offer? Or contact them for a quote? Personally I have my mortage with the Halifax and I must say that I can't complain. But - among other reasons - this is mainly due to the fact that I bought the place when it was still cheap, and in the meantime I have made a huge profit.
