| Good evening. My name is Carol and I would appreciate if you could tell me something about an image of a company. I heard that it is very important nowadays, and I would like to do something about that in my company. | Hello there Carol. Well, here is what I can tell you about this. Company’s image is very important. It is considered to be part of intangible assets. In a modern business environment, company’s image is more important than its tangible assets. So, every company should work hard on how to create a good image. However, the fact is that there is no easy way to create a good company’s image. It has to be a result of a long process. I would say that the most powerful way to improve company’s image is to increase the satisfaction of your current customers. You can do that by improving quality of your products or services or work on customer relations. That is also the way to get some free marketing, which is always good.
