Bond funds generally emphasize income over growth

| After looking into several types of funds I have now found out that bond funds generally emphasize income over growth. I am not sure whether that is a good thing or not. Do any of you have any investments ongoing in this kind of fund, and what are your views on the fund and its performance? |

| These funds, which consist mainly out of bonds, do vary in performance but well performing and high return funds are definitely around. You should check out which funds are around of this type, and look into their past performance and management to get an idea of how a fund may do in the future. |
