| What could cause breakdown of a house price? I would like to know how can I get the best house by the best price and how should I, in the future, sell my houses by greater price, to get profit? What should I pay attention on? Are there any specifications that can cause a house to loose its market price, but keep its real value? |

| Oh, there are several ways to show a house as unstable, bad and non-suitable for living and who knows what else… You just need your imagination. But, you know, there is a question of how far are you ready to go with it. I knew people who got themselves desired prices just by claiming that house is haunted by ghosts. |
