| Hi, I have been working in a company for six years. As an award for my effort, I recently got a promotion. My colleagues are great and I have no problems working with them. Well, except one. He is giving me hard time. He is a classical example of bully that we have the opportunity to see in movies. I do not know what to do. Can you give me an advice or just comment? |

Even though we think that bullies are only in our school, when we were young, the reality is that we can find this type of people even on our place of work. Unfortunately you have to find the way to fight him back you must not tolerate his rude behavior. You really have to find a way to deal with him. And you must not show him that you are scared of him.
