| I just read this great book. It was all about how you can use business psychology in practice and predict the success of new leaders. I would advice anyone who has a small company to read up on this subject, as I am sure that it will help you pick the right people to work with you! |

| Is that so? Is this not something that could be achieved by simply applying common sense? I am sure that there is something to the whole business psychology thing, but it should not be the hype we all hear about today. This should not be a money spinning operation for someone else, but rather something you can really use. |
