| I am selling my house for some time now. I have had a lot of views lately and I have received an offer. Namely, a buyer has approached me and ask me to leave estate agent out in order no avoid some paying. I am in a big dilemma what to do? I am not in to legal stuffs and I do not want to be persecuted. |

| Hi there. I have to say that the thing that has happened to you is very common these days. You have to see the contract that have been signed by you ant real estate agent. Usually the contract obliged the buyer not to withdraw from the agent. Therefore my suggestion to you would be that should contact your solicitor as soon as possible. He / she will give you the proper and exact insight into the issue that bothers you the most. Again I have to emphasize that you should not do anything on your own if you do not want to be miss lead by anyone. Maybe you can find yourself in court if you do not obey the letter of law. |
