| My family got a sum of money to spend and we have all agreed that it would be great idea to by a house overseas, so that we can go on a holiday any time we want. But, we are a little confused now; we have never bought any bigger property in the country, so we know nothing about this. Are there any special licenses that we must get? What do we have to do in order to buy that house? |

| That is one nice idea! I was planning to buy a house overseas myself, but after so many days spent convincing them that I am regular citizen I gave it up. It is very significant what country are you planning to buy a house in, laws are different from country to country, and in this case it almost all depends on that country, not the one you are located in. |
