I have some cash I want to invest. Considering that fluctuations on real estate market are lowest I was thinking of buying a house. It seems like an investment with lowest risk involved. What do you think about this? Is it any good buying investment property? Can I expect better conditions of my life?

I think you are right when we talk about risks involved but you should educate yourself about interest rates and how those can affect your return. For start you can buy a small apartment for renting. That way you can accumulate funds and buying a bigger property later. But there are no guarantees as with any investment. The other solution is to pool your funds with other investors because then you will need smaller investments but broader range of properties.
