| My wife and I and spent last summer in Croatia. We had wonderful time with our friends and we met some very interesting people there. We started to consider buying a house there. We are not familiar with the procedure of buying a property. Can a foreigner buy a house in Croatia? We would highly appreciate your advice. |

| Buying a house abroad can be very complicated. You must have loved it there when you consider buying a house. It can be also very rewarding investment. To my knowledge, buying a house in Croatia is possible but not that easy. Different countries have different procedures regarding this issue. In Croatia, you can buy property only through your company and not as a citizen from a foreign country. The only way to become the owner of a property is company owned property. |
