Good afternoon people. My name is Phillip and I would appreciate if you could tell me couple of things about purchasing a company. What procedure has to be followed? Is it complicated? When buying a company, I heard that I need purchase agreement template. Can you tell me what it is? Thank you.

Hello to you too Phillip. Unfortunately, I don’t know that much about this issue, but I think that I can be of some help to you. I think that procedure is not complicated at all. First your have to agree about the terms of the purchase and the price. Sometimes it is better to hire some professional to estimate the price and use that as a starting point for negotiations. All that details should be stated in the purchase agreement which both parties have to sign. The best thing would be to hire a solicitor to take care about all those things. That way you will save plenty of time and trouble. That would be all from me. I hope that you will find this post useful. Bye!
