Buying computers on ebay?

| I was thinking about buying a computer for my younger sister. She could use it to study not only for playing games. My friend saw an excellent offer on ebay. The price is right and quality appears to be good. Still, I do not have experience in buying computers on ebay. Can someone give me opinion how safe it is and should I buy it? Every comment is useful. |

| I have to admit that I do not have experience in shopping on line. Too many frauds are the main reason for it. I know that there are many good offers, but I am not willing to take any kind of risk. My advice is to go to the store and buy there. Still if you are determined to but in on e bay see if you can check the seller. Next thing you should do is to ask as many questions about the components and the quality as you can remember. |
