| Can you tell me whether there is CGT on ESOS shares? I’ve heard that there is on CGT but I don’t know how to be sure. I want to know what my rights are so that I don’t any mistake this time. I’ve had certain problems with taxes and from them on I always take care about paying my taxes. |

| Unfortunately, you’ll have to ask that in a legal institution. The list of shares and other things for which CGT has to be paid is changing every day, not to mention the fat that sometimes you can’t precisely conclude whether something undergoes that law or not. That’s why you should ask. Id all depends from case to case and there are numerous exceptions to the CGT rule, so you maybe won’t have to pay it. I also had problems when I forget to pay my tax at one time. I almost got in court. Now I check everything just in case, since I have I small company and there are millions of possible taxes to be paid. I really don't have idea what happens to ESOS shares. |
