| I was thinking about buying a second property. I saw an excellent offer and I would not like to miss it. The price is good, the location is even better. That is way I would like to know more about capital gains profit. To be more precise I would like to know are CGT payable on my second property. What do you think? |

| I think capital gains taxes are payable on your second property. Still that is only my opinion. I could be wrong. That is why I think you should hire a financial adviser with experience in this matter. That way you will know for sure about it. He or she could help you solve all that is troubling you. |
