Can I anyhow reduce Capital Gains Tax?

| I was thinking about selling my house. I have lived there for ten years. Last couple of years I am unemployed, and my family had serious financial problems. Luckily we manage to overcome them. My wife got un promotion and now we are moving in another city. That why I would like to know how can I reduce capital gains tax. Thank you. |

| I think that if you make some home improvments, remodeling or renovating that way you will be able to reduce capital gains tax. You should know that capital gain tax is a voluntary tax. You really should contact a technical specialists. He or she could answer your question. And this way you would have most accurate information. |
