Can I be Forced to take Holiday?

| I’ve been working here, well, forever, and I have never been on holiday. That is not a problem for me and I was even glad to stay at work always, they were much depending on me and my abilities. My boss decided to send me to a holiday without my approval, and in the worst possible time! How can this be? I don’t think that this is the moment when they can afford themselves that kind of luxury to send workers home, there is much work to do. I’m afraid that I’ve done something wrong and that he is trying to finally get rid of me, could this be possible? |

| No, I don’t think that your boss is trying to send you away for you have done something wrong, I think that it is all about the fact that he is aware of your workaholic characteristics and, maybe, he wants to spare you from some stressful situations which are about to arrive. You should appreciate that. |
