| I have recently been thinking about buying a house. Тhe only way I can do that is by getting a mortgage. However, I do not have a credit history as I have only recently started earning, and so far did not open any accounts. Can I still get a mortgage? If anyone could help me, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| Generally speaking, having a good credit history is essential for being able to get any kind of loans, mortgages or credits. However, without any credit history, it all comes down to whether your potential creditor has enough trust in you to give you the kind of money you are looking for. If you have a good, stable job, and a good salary, then there is really no reason why you should not be given a good mortgage deal. In any case, the best you can do is to go to a certain creditor and see with them personally. The most important thing is you are not generally forbidden to get a mortgage without credit history. |
