Can I get business mortgage?

| I’m a small business owner for several years and it is doing great. But my son is getting older and I would like to involve him in the business, also I don’t like the idea of him leading some day a company which had never progressed thanks to his father, so I was thinking about this business mortgages. What do you need when getting one like this? |

| You certainly must be careful with those mortgages. You’ll need to fulfill some conditions and that is not an issue, they are just looking for small business owners like you are, to take care about their companies, and I mean what I’m saying. Your lender may try to handle your business, he may demand from you some special services, and he can even destroy your business financially, so that he can get in the possession over it… |
